These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at brisatides.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through the Site, operated by Brisa Research Group, LLC. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher or licensed professional, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from placing any orders.

All products sold on this Site are sold exclusively for lawful scientific research, in vitro laboratory experimentation, and educational purposes by qualified researchers. You expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Use any product for human or animal consumption in any form
• Use any product for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes
• Resell products to individuals who intend to use them for non-research purposes
• Use products in any manner that violates federal, state, or local law
• Represent to any third party that our products are approved for human use

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of orders, and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

You further represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or licensed scientist with the facilities and knowledge required to handle research-grade compounds safely.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept Secure Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire), Direct Payment (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp), and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC). All payment methods receive a 5% discount applied automatically at checkout. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

We ship to all 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are dispatched same day. Free standard shipping is provided on all orders over $250. All shipments include our Shipment Protection guarantee against damage or loss.

Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final. Exceptions are made only for products received in a damaged or compromised condition, or incorrect products shipped due to our error. Contact support@brisatides.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order ID and photographic documentation. Approved claims will receive a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Brisa RESEARCH GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brisa Research Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use or misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@brisatides.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
