Returns & refunds
Returns policy
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and the strict storage and handling requirements involved, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on research peptides once an order has been delivered.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@brisatides.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Cancellations may be requested before your order enters the fulfillment queue. Once your order status shows "Processing" or "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

Discreet & secure packaging
All Brisa orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, logos, or references to peptides appear on the exterior of any shipment.
Discreet packaging
Plain outer box or padded mailer with no identifying markings. Return address is listed as a generic fulfillment address.
Discreet Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit. Cold packs included for express orders when warranted by season and destination.
Secure sealing
Individual vials are sealed in protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
Tracking included
