This Research Use Only Policy applies to all products sold by Brisa Research Group, LLC through brisatides.com and any affiliated channels. It supplements our Terms of Service and Disclaimer and governs the permitted and prohibited uses of all compounds we sell.

Our products are intended for purchase and use by university and institutional research scientists, licensed biochemistry and pharmacology laboratories, independent researchers with appropriate facilities, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies for preclinical research, and academic professionals conducting peer-reviewed study.

All purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and must possess the knowledge, training, and facilities required to safely handle research-grade peptide compounds.

Products purchased from Brisa Research Group, LLC may be used for:

• In vitro cell culture and laboratory experimentation
• Biochemical assays and analytical testing
• Structure-activity relationship (SAR) research
• Preclinical research conducted in accordance with applicable institutional and regulatory guidelines
• Educational demonstrations in accredited laboratory settings
• Development and validation of laboratory protocols and assays

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Human consumption in any form — oral, injectable, topical, inhalation, or otherwise
• Administration to animals outside of an IACUC-approved research protocol
• Use as a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or food ingredient
• Resale to consumers or end-users who intend non-research use
• Use in any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic procedure
• Any application that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Misrepresentation of these compounds as FDA-approved or safe for human use

All purchasers are responsible for handling our products in compliance with applicable safety regulations and best practices, including reviewing the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), using appropriate PPE, storing compounds under recommended conditions, maintaining proper chain-of-custody documentation, and disposing of compounds in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C for long-term storage. Shelf life of 2+ years when properly stored. Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water (BAC H2O), refrigerate between 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Do not freeze reconstituted peptide solutions. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles — aliquot prior to freezing if multiple uses are anticipated.

The regulatory status of research peptides varies by jurisdiction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine and comply with all applicable laws governing the purchase, importation, possession, and use of these materials in their location. Brisa Research Group, LLC makes no representation that the products listed on this Site are legal in all jurisdictions.

We maintain complete records of all transactions including buyer information, product lot numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation. Each product shipment includes lot number, manufacturing date, expiration date, and a downloadable Certificate of Analysis from our independent testing laboratory.

Upon discovery of any violation, Brisa Research Group, LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel any pending orders, permanently suspend the buyer's account, refuse future orders, and report violations to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.
